Full refund minus the cost of shipping will be awarded within 10 days upon the wig’s arrival provided that the wig is in it’s original state and packaging. You will be required to submit a picture of the wig along  side the reason for the return request.  Please note, the reason for your return request will not impact your refund , it is simply to further improve the SkalpT experience.

Partial Refund will be awarded within 30 days of the wig’s arrival. You will be required to submit a picture of the wig and the reason for the return request. The amount of your refund is contingent on the state of the wig and its packaging along  side the reason for your return.

Note: If your wig has been customized by us or a third party, you will not be able to obtain a full refund.
